Goodness Plus offers Same Day Shipping on most in-stock items ordered Monday to Friday by 1pm EST (excluding National holidays). Item eligibility can change depending on the day of the week, time of day and product availability, so please check the availability of each item at time of order. We will then send you a shipping confirmation number by email.
At Goodness Plus we offer FREE shipping on all Canadian domestic orders over 69$ before tax. Orders under 69$ before tax will be charged a flat rate of 9.99$ shipping fee.
*We have the right to refuse any order placed that has a destination postal code which is within our remote rural shipping regions, exceeds a certain weight, these orders maybe subject to an additional charges. If so, you will be contacted to discuss any additional charges.*
Remote Location Shipping Cost
All remote orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Charges will be calculated at checkout. Northern regions and remote areas: A location that is far removed from major urban centers or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed here in Table 9.
Track your Order
Once your order has been “Shipped”, we will send you an email letting you know that your parcel is on its way.
Once the package has been picked up by the shipping company we will then send you within 24 hours your tracking number. Make sure you check your junk mail folder and add Canada Post or Purolator to your allowed email list if you find you are not getting the emails sent directly to your inbox.

We pride ourselves on making sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes necessary.
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of placing your order, you may return here it for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not eligible for return.
Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. Goodness Plus is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using a reputable shipping company or some other form of insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse. Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. A refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost if needed will be granted.
*The Shipping for the returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
*If your return is a result of our error (i.e. we sent you an incorrect product) then the cost of shipping is 100% our responsibility.
All orders that are returned to us for any reason because they are prohibited from entry or because they are unclaimed by the recipient shall incur a 15% restocking fee. The shipping fee for any unclaimed or returned orders will also not be refunded. As soon as we receive your returned package we will automatically refund your order minus the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
To send an item back, simply take the following steps:
STEP 1: Login
Log in to your Goodness Plus account by entering your current email address and password.
STEP 2 : Get a ''RMA''
Select 'Return Merchandise Authorization' from the menu on the left. You will be directed to the 'Return Items' . Locate the order number you wish to return and to the right of the order number, hit 'Return Items.' Choose a reason from the drop down menu and hit 'Issue RMA.' You will be provided your RMA number.
All returns must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your return, a 15% restocking fee will automatically be applied.
STEP 3: Send it Back
Write your RMA number on the outside of your package and mail it to:

Product Availability & Backordered Items
We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
